Receiving something I did not order. I am not the word you used in front of customer. I do not want an ongoing shipment of theBe products that I bought from you guys and being charged for it. It was a one-time order to see if it worked for me.

Incorrect pricing of order

I placed an order for 2 bottles of gummies yesterday, clicking on the link for buy one, get one free from my browser feed link, and I was charged for both bottles. In addition, 2 bottles of CBD oil showed up on my order that I didn't order! I will call later when it's 11 o'clock there, but if possible please call to verify this issue is resolved. Recurring payment cancellation

REVIVE Essential Oils - Recurring payment cancellation

Hi l did place an order on August 7th and right after I got notification from my credit card company that I did make a recurring purchase which I never requested or marked it on my order, there was no option to do that either,I did order straight from your website and didn't have any account created at the time I was placing the order,also I didn't do any subscription as well so my question is why do I have recurring purchase?!

Please let me know how I can cancel this payments.

On your website it says that I can do that via email or text or on my account which I created after only to see if I can cancel it but there is no option to do that!

On my account it says that I don't have any subscription at this time and I didn't add payment option either so once again how come I and up with recurring payments?!

The representative from revive was responsive and assured me that I don’t have any subscription at this moment and that is very strange that my payment was set up as recurring purchase,hopefully i will not have any charges on my card next month,time will show!

Absolutely no one has returned a reply via mail, text or phone number!!!

-The following is what Ive written to Revive and have not received an answer in days no matter where I send it including via TEXT to which they never responded!
Hi
I have tried to contact you (Revive essential oils)repeatedly but the only response I received was from Nicholas who clearly did NOT read my mail. Within said mail I was clear on why those blends totalling almost CAN $109were terrible for me.
He sent back a $25 store credit which does nothing to rectify the situation.
You thrive on customer service and loudly voice your promise to give customers satisfaction of 100%.
I am not at all satisfied!
Here is the list of blends and the reasons why they do not work for me.

I'm sorry to say that it's as I feared.

I just really dislike the following blends with an emphasis on Reset.what was Revive thinking?
I wrote a review for each of them describing in detail what I thought of them and, they are:
Reset
Cycle Calm
Dreamer
Cabana
I followed your advice and cleaned out my diffusers very well but, not for lack of trying I just couldn't get any of the results that each bottle was supposed to induce and I just could not stand their smells. One made me want to drink Earl Grey tea or add it to a pasta sauce due to the sage & marjoram content and (J think it's Reset) the blend with Lavender, Ruta & Valerian I believed would be a no brainier for me as I LOVE lavender & valerian but, UGH, all I could smell was the Rue/Rita. I actually had to open windows & leave the room!
I can't express how much having a Scent Profile added to each blend would help!
I'm sorry to be a pain. I'm a bit unsure what to do here.

I know ideally you'd like me to get to the Post Office to return these. This is a problem for me as I'm disabled and quite stuck in the house. I really WISH I could get up, dressed, grab my things, the dog (God love him!) and just walk the half mike of so today the Post Office. Sadly I can't.

It wasn't an issue for the preview 2 issues I had bc with Revive. I had a problem with a bottle of Exhale and also, waaaay back when my bottle of Litsea/May Chang arrived and was super cloudy. I hope it's not for this.
I'm NOT looking for a refund or non-black on my card.

If you could maybe do a store credit? I'm definitely NOT giving up on Revive and determined to love it as much as Plant Therapy if not more so!
Also could you please let me know when all of my reviews will be published?
Again Ive left NUMEROUS texts which have all gone unanswered and mails that have gone unanswered after Nicholas answered this one.

Phantom product

I really would like to write a positive review, but can't. I ordered a starter set and some other oils Feb 23.

I received an email saying the order was shipped the next day. I tracked the order and it was at the post office in the town next to us. The next day, it was 200 miles away, and that is where it's sat for almost a week now. I contacted Revive, and after 2 days without a response, they asked if I could wait 2 more days to see if it got delivered.

Fine, although now I missed my wife's birthday. 2 days go by, the package hasn't moved. I've contacted them via email, text, and voicemail. After 2 more days, one person responded saying they'd be happy to reship.

That's the last I heard, nothing about when, not a new tracking number, nothing. I cannot get any response. Their voicemail by the way says it's only for people wanting to place an order. They'll call you back supposedly if you want to send them money.

But if they have your money, good luck! Anyone know another non-mlm oil company that cares about customers?

UPDATE: Called the :(415) 340-**** number and they only answer the phones for people who want to place order. So I take it too bad, for the customers they have ripped off as they won't take a call for an order with problems.

sent order back because they state free shipping and when time to deliver theyb wanted 76.00 cod charges. Can't even get hold of anyone to get refund so now I am out over 300 dollars and no oils. I want my money back now

Ive tried numerous times to contact Revive over 4 blends that are just wretched to me. I wrote to one customer service rep detailing exactly the problems. I got back an email where it was obvious he did NOT read my email at all. He sent a $25 store credit which did NOT cover the 4 blends I purchased. Ive sent multiple texts and emails but to no avail. Im seriously dissatisfied with them and considering never purchasing from them again!
