I ordered at the beginning of December: $323.25 worth of product. I didn't receive it.
It was stated to have been returned because the shipment was damaged in transit. No one ever contacted me regarding this. I've sent several emails. I received a package a day ago with less than half of my order.
Still, there has been no contact from them. This is ridiculous. You cannot speak to a live person and no one will email you.
The customer service is very bad. I want a refund or the rest of my order!

On November 22, I placed an order for two of the Christmas time essential oils and the number is 1382**** and whenever I go to tracking, it says that UPS has not received the package from you. I understand that it is the holidays that could make an order delayed, but the order has never changed since I placed it.
This is my first time to order from you guys and I would just like to know if it had been dropped and missed, and I was hoping I could get someone to contact me. Thank you.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I placed an order on November 1, providing all of my information. Somehow or another, my shipping address didn't show, but they said they shipped my order. However, when I checked the tracking number for UPS, it indicated that they are holding onto my package.

I have emailed 3 or 4 times with no response. I made an order of $323.25.
I never received it. When I went to track my order, it says it was returned to shipper because it was damaged in transit. No one will get back to me or return my emails.
I called and the message says the phone lines are closed. FRUSTRATED!!

Wrong charge for order. Can’ get a response. I will never order from them again
It said the charge for the product $23 after A put n my card n formation I as charge $32 dollars, free shipping and around $2 ax so visual as charged more Han sad . Can not all to anyone and no me has responds to chat.

I have always had great service with this company until my last order One of my oils leaked out in shipping and having trouble with Customer service to get one replaced
Haven't received my order
They finally reached out and they are resending my order. They did offer a refund but I really wanted my order, never had a problem with them before

My computer and phone were acting up and I placed an order and I didnt know if it went through so I sent an email and I got a response within 24 hours and it was a very friendly uplifting response letting me know that my order did indeed go through and this information Helped to take one worry off my list sending love and gratitude

The text was sent to the wrong address. I never got it even though I paid for it.
I've been ordering from this company for years and this is the first time I've ever had a problem with the company.
I just want my oil. (2) Copaiba.

Having difficulty getting the order on the computer
When I clicked on add to cart, apparently it was not adding. So when I went to check my cart half the items were there when I went back to try to click on them again, for instance, the mellow Luca wasnt there. Frustrated!
